PP currently consists of one man in his basement, with a full-time job doing something else. Our authors are family, or friends, or dogs wearing trench coats.

We are not professionals here, but you can still trust us.

J.M. grew up on a small farm in the Midwest. With nothing but books and trees for company, he grew to appreciate the written word as it was a lot more interesting than twigs and bark.

The most popular advice J.M. has heard given to new authors is, “don’t quit your day job.” In that spirit, he works somewhere else during the day, and spends the occasional evening and rare weekend working on books.

J.M. Piqueray is not a cat. Probably…
